When I was a kid I collected all kinds of things; baseball cards, bottle caps, foreign coins, army insignia, whatever. As a young man I mostly collected record albums. Recently, at 63, I have begun collecting vintage mass market paperback books. Mostly sci-fi, spy novels, noir fiction, world war II related stuff, kitschy things, sexploitation, whatever. It brings me enormous pleasure. The fun is in the hunt. I like discovering things "in the wild". A Carter Brown adventure book from 1972 for $.50 at a library sale, a sci-fi collection from 1957 in mint condition at a thrift store for a dollar, a John LeCarre novel from 1964 for free in a "little library" box. It gives me a sense of purpose and I love it
To be honest.I loved the part with the pigs 🐽 and rats 🐀hahahahaha. Also, the poem was very well written.
Finally, loved the paintings 🖼️ as well.Next week,I recommend you to write ✍️ about corals 🪸🐠 Strange fishes 🐟 🐠.I laughed a lot with the videos. They were as u said silly 🤪 keep up the good job 👏
I am a mom, grandmother, TA & a collector. I love to encourage parents of children to allow their kids to collect. Now with kids this can get out of hand. So maybe, whittle down their choices of concentration. Like trains, dried flowers, postcards (lil' art) etc. This is such a joy of discovery for them & teaches so much. Let us bring back collecting! 🌷🌼
Suddenly an AI reading list gave me "A Perfect Vacuum" by Stanisław Lem impression. It was a book made of Lem's reviews on nonexistent books, each one giving the urge to read all those books. Here, I also lament the nonexistence of these AI books because it would be fun to read them too!
loved the photo of the 8 year old's pockets on laundry day. so perfect!
Reminded me of a woman I knew at work. Her two sons collected similar stuff in their pockets. “So I sewed em shut,” she said.
Not gonna lie that was the creepiest title to see before opening it

MY BOY RABBIT CAVERN WITH THE FEATURE
I would have gone for the Nightshade Market…I guess an AI novel should be in the works…a good title is a terrible thing to waste
How do I stop the 99% I'm not even slightly interested in and receive ONLY the one stream I am interested in.
