So excited about this and I agree with Felicity Spector of @FlourPower - I want to see them all! It's a great line-up and I'm thrilled that I get to talk with Clare de Boer of @TheBestBit - she's so terrifc and I love the way she write about food - xoD

Hi there. I'm hosting and competing in a Chili Cook-Off & Taste-Off this Saturday, 12 noon PDT.

It's at Outer Space Wines, a wine shop and wine bar in Downtown Napa.

I would love to be part of Grubstack from 12:30 to 1:30 PDT!

Thanks,

‭‭2 Chroniques‬ ‭7‬:‭13‬-‭14‬ ‭LSG‬‬

This is so exciting!! So many incredible writers & people!

I would love to see a Grubstack - Asia edition, where writers based in Asia/Pacific explore similar food-themed topics! Also so more could fit in our timezone.

Will there be any way to listen to these after the fact? Would love to listen to a whole load of them but unfortunately am in Australia and staying up all night to do so can’t responsibly fit into my schedule this week.

I love this idea!

Thanks for allowing all of us to join in! I’ll host a Friday afternoon Chocolate Chat at 3:45pm UK time on Friday (hopefully Nicola and Milly will be finished by then and you can slide on over).

You can come and ask questions / listen to me talk about how to tell what good chocolate is (what’s greenwashing) and tips for cooking with it and enjoying it more!

For context, I’m one of only two people to have been on the Grand Jury of the Academy of Chocolate Awards and the International Chocolate Awards and I’ve been talking about (and learning about) chocolate for almost 20 years.
